Position Overview

 

FJM Innovative Technologies is seeking a talented UI/UX Developer to help shape the user experience and visual design of mission-focused digital products and applications.

In this role, you will combine user-centered design principles with hands-on front-end development to create intuitive, cohesive, and engaging digital experiences. You will conduct user research, translate user needs into wireframes and interactive prototypes, and work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to transform concepts into functional applications.

The ideal candidate brings both a strong design perspective and technical front-end development capabilities, with the ability to move effectively between user experience strategy, interface design, prototyping, and implementation.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, workflows, challenges, and expectations.

  • Translate user and business requirements into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.

  • Design intuitive, human-centered interfaces for multiple applications and digital products.

  • Develop reusable UI components using modern front-end technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable event-driven architectures.
